Visionary Launch Manager

Absolute Numbers seeks a Full Time temporary visionary branding and marketing professional to help us re-launch our brand perception from a sole proprietorship to a national food and beverage bookkeeping firm, and to launch our new coaching and consulting products. This is a 4-6-month position, which can be remote or on site.

The Launch Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing & communication vision for Absolute Numbers, and to promote its unique position in the marketplace. Responsibilities include development of communications strategy, developing website and product copy, and developing materials to support launch of new coaching products.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development of communications strategy for launch of new programs
  • Develop website and new product copy
  • Develop support materials
  • Develop campaign to support launch
  • Design and implement social media program 

 

Requirements:

  • Have 5-10 years marketing experience
  • Have lead brand, program or product launches
  • Be skilled in writing, strategy, and campaign execution
  • Experience in Photoshop or other graphics programs a plus
  • Experience with WordPress or other website programs
  • Understand the unique position that Absolute Numbers holds in the marketplace
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing and communications activities.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical skills.
  • Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications, website management, and social media content creation and management.
  • Literacy in Adobe Creative Suites, MS Office product and social media platforms
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly with high level of communication

Office Admin/Bookkeeper for Boutique Firm with Great Clients

Our company specializes in bookkeeping and accounting management for craft beverage manufacturing (breweries, coffee roasters), restaurants, and bars. We’re looking for someone with a knack for numbers to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training, but we require someone who is very bright, ambitious, and excited to learn.

Our goal is to build an amazing company with an extraordinary team. We’re very selective on the clients we work with and operate by the philosophy that we won’t bring on a client that we wouldn’t enjoy having a beer with. We expect our business to expand significantly over the coming year and there will be lots of opportunity for growth.

Position will start at part-time basis and hours will increase through tax season. We have a casual office tucked away in Oakland (near Uptown) with large, friendly dogs on the premises 

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping data entry on QuickBooks.
  • Office support – shredding, filing, post office/errands.

Extraordinary Accounting Manager

We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to take the lead on managing some of our clients and growing staff. This is an ideal position for someone who has worked with their own clients, but is looking for more of a leadership role and to be part of a team.

  • Manage the monthly close – review data entry, create reports, maintain calendar.
  • Manage and train staff; assess and interview to hire additional staff.
  • Troubleshoot QuickBooks, analyze client data, and set up Excel spreadsheets.
  • Take the lead on clean-up projects.
  • Implement systems and procedures.

  • Able to meet deadlines while paying meticulous attention to detail.

  • Understand QuickBooks inside and out; using for at least 5 years in multiple industries.
  • Be able to work on both desktop and online versions.
  • Easily adapt to new technology.
